With two locations in Costa Rica, we are proud to offer authentic contemporary pizza, inspired by the legendary "Margherita" from 1890, rediscovered by Vincenzo Capuano in 2018.
Contemporary pizza is distinguished by its airy edges, cut with scissors according to Vincenzo Capuano's technique: first on the top and then along the edge to maintain its structure.
We use only fresh mozzarella, made into balls, perfected over the years along with our recipe and dough technique. All of our additional ingredients are imported directly from Italy to ensure authenticity in every bite.

Our “Aglio Nero” pizza was recognized among the 35 best pizzas in the world at the 2024 World Pizza DOC Championship held in Naples, Italy — the birthplace of Neapolitan pizza.
A unique creation that combines black garlic, ricotta cream, Italian coppa, honey, tomato, and mozzarella, achieving the perfect balance of sweetness, intensity, and tradition.
